Jump Rope Class Schedule (Open to all)

Mondays 6:00-7:00

Wednesdays 6:00-7:00

Thursdays 6:00-7:00 (ages 10-under)

 

 

FX Team Practices (Tryout by Invitation Only)

Mondays 7:00-9:00 PM

Wednesdays 7:00 - 9:00 PM

Saturdays 5:00-9:00 PM
